Daughter of Late MKO Abiola, Chief of Staff of President Buhari, Abba Kyari Others in Oil and Gas Scandal

The daughter of famous politician in Nigeria, late MKO Abiola, has been allegedly accused of being involved in a shady financial and political deals with Abba Kyari, the chief of staff of president Muhammadu Buhari.

According to Sahara reports, investigations  showed that Kyari has reportedly been using his position in President Buhari’s cabinet to make gains for himself and his associates.

These deals were allegedly carried out four times between the trio of Kyari, Wuraola and a third man, Louis Edozien who is the permanent secretary at the ministry of power.

Sahara Reporters quotes a source in the know at the ministry of power as saying that Kyari sponsored little known Edozien into becoming the permanent secretary and used him to reportedly uncork a variety of shady deals.

It also reports that Kyari and Edozien are major shareholders in an energy-sector company named Gigagas which has been doing business with the Nigerian government since the administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan and had influential figures in that government.

Despite failing to deliver on its obligations to supply .gas to the Nigerian domestic government, Gigagas has remained in business with the government reportedly because of the ‘presidential muscle’ provided by Kyari.

Abba Kyari, the chief of staff to President Muhammadu Buhari is presently in the UK for emergency medical treatment after his sudden illness on Thursday, December 2 after he began to have breathing difficulties.
