Breaking: Nigeria Football Federation Brawl: Soldiers & Mobile Policemen Take Over Glass House

Info reaching shybellmedia this morning has it that the entrance of NFF in Abuja has been taken over by the soldiers and mobile policemen.
The development is due to rage power tussle between the key stakeholders, including the sacked current football house head, Amaju Pinnick, his rival, Chris Giwa and Sports Minister, Solomon Dalong.
Last Thursday, the court nullified Pinnick’s election and subsequently held that Giwa was the duly elected Chairman.
However, as Pinnick headed to Court to appeal the ruling, Giwa has vowed to take over the headship of the glass house as well as constitute new board.
The present NFF row started during the regime of former NFF Chairman, Aminu Maigari. Before his exit, about two parallel elections were held but the results were rejected by for former Sepp Blatter-led FIFA due to alleged illegality which characterized Giwa’s election in 2015.

The crises raged till new administration took over.

All efforts by Lalong to resolve the rows failed to yield a result, hence, the Thursday’s ruling.
